Food To Prevent Thyroid Disorders

The main function of thyroid glandĀ is to regulated metabolism in the human body. It is the biggest gland in the necks, situated in the anterior (front) neck below the skin and muscle layers. Thyroid gland generates thyroid hormone.

Some of the common problems associated with thyroid gland are: Goiters, Thyroid Cancer, Solitary Thyroid Nodules, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, Thyroiditis. Some of the symptoms of thyroid disorders may include:

  • Tiredness
  • Dry skin and hair
